On Friday, 23 May 2025, the Dahua Australia team came together once again for its 4th Annual Biggest Morning Tea, joining thousands of Australians in support of the Cancer Council. Held across both our Sydney and Melbourne offices, the event reflected our ongoing commitment to raising vital funds for cancer research, prevention, and support services.
This year, the team brought something extra to the table (literally) with the introduction of a Best Chef Competition. Staff members were invited to prepare homemade dishes inspired by their cultural heritage, adding a delicious new dimension to the day’s festivities. The competition not only showcased the culinary skills of our talented team but also created space for connection as colleagues shared the stories and traditions behind their recipes.
From sweet to savoury, traditional to inventive, the spread was as diverse as our team, and a fitting tribute to Dahua’s inclusive workplace culture. Beyond the competition, it was a celebration of community, compassion and coming together for a common cause.
Thanks to the generosity and enthusiasm of our staff, we once again surpassed our fundraising target, making a meaningful contribution to the Cancer Council’s ongoing efforts.
Events like the Biggest Morning Tea are a reminder of the power of shared purpose. At Dahua Australia, we’re proud to stand behind causes that matter and foster a workplace culture where giving back is always on the menu.
